Somewhere within this crazy journey of Inc & Co, the brand that we started from the ground up, King Street Grooming, is today celebrating its 2nd birthday. It’s been an incredible journey of growth, innovation, and success for the team, who have gone from strength to strength since they opened their doors.   

Established as part of the Inc & Co group, King Street Grooming was born from the vision of creating Manchester’s premium all-in-one barber & treatment destination. This was to be a place where men could come and feel comfortable with whatever service they needed, from hair & beard to facials, waxing, and a whole host of aesthetic treatments.  

From the beginning

Back in early 2022, we found an empty unit on Manchester’s iconic King Street, located in the heart of the city centre, and it was clear that this was the perfect set-up to bring our vision to life. Our expert in-house retail team drew up the plans, and the salon took shape. 

From the initial services we opened with, the team have spent the last two years expanding their offerings significantly. Initially launched as a top-tier barber and treatment destination, KSG has since introduced a comprehensive range of services under the KSG Medical Aesthetics division, including laser hair & tattoo removal, IV drips, the P-shot, Botox & a whole range of others. This has expanded the clientele, offering advanced aesthetic treatments alongside core grooming services. 

Recognition

 Their dedication to excellence didn’t go unnoticed, having been awarded with the Fresha Best in Class 2023 award, a testament to the team’s commitment to providing exceptional service. Additionally, their work was recognised on a larger stage, with a feature on BBC News talking about the clear rise in male treatment destinations on the high street.  

Client Satisfaction  

Client satisfaction has always been at the forefront of our operations. We are incredibly proud of the 1,400+ five-star reviews received across Google and Fresha. These reviews reflect the trust and loyalty of King Street Grooming’s clients, who have become a part of the family. They’ve welcomed over 3,500 clients and had more than 20,000 appointments in these 2 years. The growth is a direct result of the community’s support and belief in the services offered. 

Looking Ahead  

As we celebrate this milestone, we remain committed to maintaining the high standards that have defined King Street Grooming. Thisjourney has been one of continuous improvement and adaptation, always striving to meet the evolving needs of clients. We are excited about the future and look forward to many more years of the team providing exceptional grooming and aesthetic services, as well as continuing to offer new services.
